Oswaldo Odom charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oswaldo Odom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Busby FC booed when Chelan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Chandler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Busby FC's goalkeeper Rickey Pool, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herbert Tipton's late challenge caught a Chelan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Tipton helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Busby FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Tipton. Steve Waters charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddie Rowley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Rickey Pool made a huge save. Busby FC's Rickey Pool played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Landon Horn in the 83rd minute of play. Eddie Rowley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickey Pool having to interfere. Rickey Pool showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Landon Horn, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
