Spectators: 6743 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Landon Horn kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Landon Horn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocky Rutherford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fusilier FC's zone, Merlin Clavet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rocky Rutherford came out of the goal and Merlin Clavet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heath Dawkins charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heath Dawkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heath Dawkins hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The long shot by Baptiste D'AoustDaoust in the 16th minute really tested Jacques Mathews's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 19 played minutes Fusilier FC got a freekick which was hit by Baptiste D'AoustDaoust. After 20 played minutes, Chelan's Daniel Deschenes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rocky Rutherford came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chelan reached it. After a rather tough play, Fusilier FC's Dion Patel got a free kick in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Landon Horn in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rocky Rutherford saved Fusilier FC from getting behind. When Dion Patel fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fusilier FC's protests and gave Dion Patel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Fusilier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dion Patel to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Deschenes shot a long shot in the 27th minute and a light blocked Rocky Rutherford hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Landon Horn put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rocky Rutherford. In the 33rd minute, Eddie Rowley made a precise shot to the right of Rocky Rutherford. Fusilier FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Rocky Rutherford didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eddie Rowley went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Eddie Rowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Landon Horn in the 42nd minute of play forced Fusilier FC's goalkeeper Rocky Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eddie Rowley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd match minute, Fusilier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Rivas to maneuver through the defense. Eddie Rowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eddie Rowley's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rocky Rutherford firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 60 played minutes Chelan got a freekick which was hit by Landon Horn. Landon Horn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Rutherford having to interfere. Merlin Clavet's late challenge caught a Fusilier FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Merlin Clavet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Chelan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merlin Clavet to maneuver through the defense. When Eldon Hunt came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Fusilier FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eldon Hunt couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the game, Eddie Rowley recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rocky Rutherford. Eddie Rowley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Landon Horn couldn't finish the play. Eldon Hunt struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jacques Mathews didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fusilier FC. Jacques Mathews showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Coupart in the 88th minute of the match. Eddie Rowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
