Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Fusilier FC booed when Dugwal AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rusty McAllister didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dugwal AFC's Anibal Ybarra got a free kick in the 5th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Lindsey Leach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dugwal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lindsey Leach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dugwal AFC's Lindsey Leach slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rocky Rutherford. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Lindsey Leach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rocky Rutherford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dugwal AFC's Lindsey Leach got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Dugwal AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Anibal Ybarra hit a great ball. Lindsey Leach's late challenge caught a Fusilier FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lindsey Leach helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fusilier FC booed when Dugwal AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lindsey Leach didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Elwood Lazure hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lenny Noel hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Rocky Rutherford was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tom Vera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. In the 29th minute Lindsey Leach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocky Rutherford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dugwal AFC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Fusilier FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Faustino Barnhart took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Eldon Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fusilier FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eldon Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trey Fecteau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tom Veras short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Rocky Rutherford to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lindsey Leach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, Fusilier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Stout to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lindsey Leach made a kick off. Fusilier FC's Rocky Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Forest Carnes in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dugwal AFC's zone, Jean Coupart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trey Fecteau came out of the goal and Jean Coupart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trey Fecteau came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Fusilier FC's Jean Coupart. But to his dismay, Jean Coupart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Tom Vera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trey Fecteau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Coupart in the 76th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Kurt Bender was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fusilier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dugwal AFC the free kick. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fusilier FC! In the 86th minute, Tom Vera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dugwal AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Jean Coupart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute, Lindsey Leach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rocky Rutherford was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Dugwal AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
