Grant Leonard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Riley Doyon having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thaddeus Dick in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Riley Doyon saved Bashaw from getting behind. Lacy Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Will Kearney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Grant Leonard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rothesay FC and the Bashaw players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, André Chauvet took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Will Kearney to make any attempt to save it. If Lacy Gallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bashaw players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rothesay FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
