Shenacadle AFC's Hubert Boulanger got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Rothesay FC's Will Kearney got control of the ball when Hubert Boulanger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moses Robbins to make the kick off. Shenacadle AFC's Jeramy Hines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grant Leonard in the 52nd minute of play. Jeramy Hines was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Thaddeus Dick capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thaddeus Dick really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Jeramy Hines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thaddeus Dick in the 57th minute of play. Grant Leonard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hubert Boulanger came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Shenacadle AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Boulanger couldn't finish the play. Jeramy Hines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thaddeus Dick, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute.
