Wilbert Bernstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barton Winter having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Benedict Allain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chatfield FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bradford AFC the free kick. Benedict Allain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Camille Darling made a huge save. Benedict Allain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Camille Darling managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Chatfield FC's Benedict Allain fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 40 minutes, Warren Lynch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bradford AFC and the Chatfield FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bradford AFC played a much better game than Chatfield FC and deserved their victory. The Chatfield FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
