Matt Talley charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matt Talley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Shenacadle AFC's Matt Talley got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 16th play minutes Moses Robbins shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Riley Doyon and just under the crossbar into goal. Riley Doyon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Boulanger in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Moses Robbins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Riley Doyon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Franklin Holcomb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lacy Gallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Hines having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Lacy Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lacy Gallo might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeramy Hines. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lacy Gallo ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the game, one of Bashaw:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Shenacadle AFC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sterling Pinneau, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bashaw's Riley Doyon. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Bashaw's Franklin Holcomb got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Sterling Pinneau sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bashaw's Riley Doyon didn't even have to move. Hubert Boulanger might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Riley Doyon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hubert Boulanger ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moses Robbins in the 43rd minute of play forced Bashaw's goalkeeper Riley Doyon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riley Doyon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moses Robbins, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Lacy Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Jeramy Hines made a huge save. The Bashaw players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Shenacadle AFC were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lacy Gallo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Bashaw's Riley Doyon got control of the ball when Hubert Boulanger tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, André Chauvet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bashaw's supporters rose to their feet, but André Chauvet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeramy Hines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lacy Gallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Hines having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Shenacadle AFC's zone, André Chauvet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeramy Hines came out of the goal and André Chauvet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Matt Talley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lacy Gallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubert Boulanger's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Riley Doyon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bashaw's zone, Malik Ivey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Riley Doyon came out of the goal and Malik Ivey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th match minute, Shenacadle AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malik Ivey to maneuver through the defense. Bashaw were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Shenacadle AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Derrick Carrasco took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Franklin Holcomb to score against Jeramy Hines in Shenacadle AFC's goal. 1-4 after 79 minutes. 82 minutes into the match, Bashaw's goal looked a bit too open when Malik Ivey came free, but Riley Doyon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lacy Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jeramy Hines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When André Chauvet came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Bashaw fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Chauvet couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Bashaw's goal looked a bit too open when Moses Robbins came free, but Riley Doyon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Riley Doyon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moses Robbins in the 96th minute of the match. The Bashaw manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Shenacadle AFC to win.
