Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Gérald Marks started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy McNair got free with Kermit Durham in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Waterville AFC booed when Catalina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monroe Manuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donn Courtney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Beaver in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Miles in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donn Courtney saved Catalina AFC from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Fidel Miles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sang Weston during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 minutes, Max Beaver made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Catalina AFC's Donn Courtney tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Pasquale Brewer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scotty McCloud, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Freddy McNair came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kermit Durham could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Beaver in the 36th minute of play forced Catalina AFC's goalkeeper Donn Courtney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy McNair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kermit Durham having to interfere.

If Gérald Marks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pasquale Brewer got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 67 minutes into the match, Fidel Miles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Donn Courtney. Catalina AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Miles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 71st minute, Freddy McNair got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donn Courtney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Beaver in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Catalina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gérald Marks. After having played for 82 minutes, Max Beaver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waterville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Beaver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Catalina AFC's Donn Courtney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Beaver in the 84th minute of play. Donn Courtney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Beaver in the 90th minute of play. Freddy McNair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kermit Durham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Waterville AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sherwood Dailey hit a great ball. Chants of Waterville AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Catalina AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
