Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leroy Moses made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Tamworth AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Garland Duff came free, but Aaron Lanoie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waterford AFC's Blaise Wheeler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alec Dodson in the 11th minute of play. George Gomez in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aaron Lanoie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Alec Dodson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamworth AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alec Dodson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blaise Wheeler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. George Gomez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. Alec Dodson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Lanoie was a little too slow when Garland Duff got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. Blaise Wheeler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leroy Moses in the 35th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Waterford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Herb Begin. Blaise Wheeler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Moses in the 37th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tamworth AFC's zone, Garland Duff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Lanoie came out of the goal and Garland Duff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blaise Wheeler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leroy Moses, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Moses in the 46th minute of play forced Waterford AFC's goalkeeper Blaise Wheeler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Garland Duff made the kick off in the second half. Blaise Wheeler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leroy Moses in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute George Gomez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Lanoie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garland Duff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If George Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Garland Duff made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tamworth AFC's Aaron Lanoie tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alec Dodson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Blaise Wheeler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blaise Wheeler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alec Dodson in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Alec Dodson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamworth AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alec Dodson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curt Overton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aaron Lanoie. Tamworth AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leroy Moses fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blaise Wheeler having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Waterford AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leroy Moses came free, but Blaise Wheeler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blaise Wheeler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leroy Moses's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Waterford AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
