The referee showed Odis Ledford the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Atlin FC booed when Middlebro AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odis Ledford didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Shockley in the 7th minute of play forced Middlebro AFC's goalkeeper Cedric Waller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlin FC's Val LaCaille got a free kick in the 8th minute. Atlin FC's Ike Weldon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odis Ledford in the 9th minute of play. After some careless play in the Middlebro AFC defense, Romain Clifford kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cedric Waller. The Middlebro AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cedric Waller should have stopped the shot. Cedric Waller made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Romain Clifford sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Solomon Chu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 minutes, Rodolphe Rucker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Middlebro AFC and the Atlin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Val LaCaille fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlin FC's protests and gave Val LaCaille a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Atlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Val LaCaille. Rubin Vinson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ike Weldon. Atlin FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Val LaCaille kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Odis Ledford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ike Weldon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Cornell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Romain Clifford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Atlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolphe Rucker came free, but Ike Weldon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Odis Ledford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Solomon Chu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Rodolphe Rucker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rodolphe Rucker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romain Clifford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Cedric Waller made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Maximo Shockley made the kick off in the second half. Ike Weldon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolphe Rucker in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Cornell during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Middlebro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Cornell. Atlin FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Middlebro AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Célestin Matthews took the corner. The corner led Atlin FC's Célestin Matthews to fire away a dangerous shot which Cedric Waller despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 68th minute, Rubin Vinson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sébastien Hayes tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Cedric Waller. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 69th minute. If Romain Clifford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Cornell hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolphe Rucker got free with Ike Weldon in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Middlebro AFC's Odis Ledford dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 82 minutes into the match, Atlin FC's goalkeeper Ike Weldon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolphe Rucker. Odis Ledford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ike Weldon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Middlebro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Shockley came free, but Cedric Waller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Maximo Shockley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Shockley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Theirn Huynh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
