Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brenton Bilodeau started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Milton Marks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Bryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Milton Marks sped through Whitla hc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elliott Bryan. After a rather tough play, Irricana AFC's Cortez Sanschagrin got a free kick in the 10th minute. Elliott Bryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Marks in the 13th minute of the match. When Whitla hc's Brenton Bilodeau in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Irricana AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Whitla hc booed when Irricana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cortez Sanschagrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliott Bryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Marks in the 20th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Milton Marks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Whitla hc's Elliott Bryan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elliott Bryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Marks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elliott Bryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myles Cronin in the 37th minute of the match. Whitla hc's Elliott Bryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myles Cronin in the 39th minute of play. Elliott Bryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milton Marks, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute Myles Cronin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Bryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milton Marks to make the kick off. Milton Marks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Bryan having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Whitla hc's goal looked a bit too open when Milton Marks came free, but Elliott Bryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Boyd Ali fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Whitla hc's protests and gave Boyd Ali a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Whitla hc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boyd Ali to maneuver through the defense. Milton Marks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Bryan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brenton Bilodeau in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erin Brady prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Busby might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erin Brady. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Busby ran back to his position shaking his head. When Juan Busby came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Whitla hc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Busby couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Brenton Bilodeau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Whitla hc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Myles Cronin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Bryan having to interfere. If Milton Marks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donnie Primeau kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Milton Marks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Elliott Bryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milton Marks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliott Bryan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Milton Marks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Bryan having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
