Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wally Bellamy took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Piccadilly FC's goalkeeper Maxime Mejia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claud Godin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claud Godin got free with Maxime Mejia in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abel Randle hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Bryant Anderson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wally Bellamy's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Claud Godin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thamesville's supporters rose to their feet, but Claud Godin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Mejia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elliot Clavet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Mejia came out and tried to block the shot, but Elliot Clavet slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. Claud Godin got in the 29th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Maxime Mejia handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Alexis Barrière got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Claud Godin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bryant Anderson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Barrière in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elliot Clavet was the one to do the kick off. Maxime Mejia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliot Clavet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bryant Anderson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wally Bellamy in the 60th minute of play. Claud Godin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Piccadilly FC's zone, Elliot Clavet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Mejia came out of the goal and Elliot Clavet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Thamesville's goalkeeper Bryant Anderson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexis Barrière. With a little luck, Thamesville's Bryant Anderson got control of the ball when Alexis Barrière tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Claud Godin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Piccadilly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claud Godin came free, but Maxime Mejia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Barry Laux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thamesville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piccadilly FC the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Barry Laux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wally Bellamy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ken Stephenson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, Thamesville's Elliot Clavet made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Mejia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the match, Claud Godin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Mejia. Piccadilly FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claud Godin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Thamesville fans cheered their team off the field, for while Piccadilly FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
