Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Deschambault's Franklin Parizeau started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ricardo Bland kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Thamesville's Bryant Anderson got control of the ball when Ricardo Bland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elliot Clavet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elliot Clavet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franklin Parizeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bryant Anderson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Bland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Bryant Anderson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Franklin Parizeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bryant Anderson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claud Godin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thamesville's Bryant Anderson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Parizeau in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elliot Clavet made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Thamesville's Claud Godin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arron Lavoie was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Claud Godin got free with Arron Lavoie in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Bland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Bland in the 67th minute of play forced Thamesville's goalkeeper Bryant Anderson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ricardo Bland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deschambault's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Bland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryant Anderson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franklin Parizeau in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryant Anderson saved Thamesville from getting behind. In the 75th match minute, Thamesville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Randle to maneuver through the defense. When Barry Laux fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thamesville's protests and gave Barry Laux a yellow card for diving instead. Barry Laux hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Thamesville got a freekick which was hit by Barry Laux. Thamesville's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
