Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Trinidad Michaud took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Trinidad Michaud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Atlee getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Quinton Vinson hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Atlee's Quinton Vinson fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Avery Marquez was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. After some careless play in the Atlee defense, Barney Byers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mack Andrews. The Atlee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mack Andrews should have stopped the shot. After 22 minutes of play, Atlee's Eustaquio McDaniel made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avery Marquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Placentia's Avery Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quinton Vinson in the 25th minute of play. Quinton Vinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Trinidad Michaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlee's goalkeeper Mack Andrews, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trinidad Michaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mack Andrews having to interfere. A collision led to Atlee getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Eustaquio McDaniel hit a great ball. Trinidad Michaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, one of Atlee:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlee. The goalkeeper, Mack Andrews, was totally fooled by Placentia's Jarvis Daigneault, who 45 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quinton Vinson to strike the kick off in the second half. Avery Marquez made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Eustaquio McDaniel sent off a good shot on target. Barney Byers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mack Andrews having to interfere. If Quinton Vinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Atlee booed when Placentia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Garceau didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trinidad Michaud in the 66th minute of play forced Atlee's goalkeeper Mack Andrews to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlee's Quinton Vinson got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, Atlee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugene Ladner to maneuver through the defense. Mack Andrews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trinidad Michaud in the 88th minute of play. Avery Marquez made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Eustaquio McDaniel sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigue Edmonds charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigue Edmonds the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
