Jarvis Labossière hit a great ball. Daniel Lam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaétan Minton in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Elwood Ewing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Lam was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Yann Pace. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dustin Goddu in the 25th minute of play forced Douro's goalkeeper Reinaldo Pruett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Gaétan Minton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Douro's Daniel Goldberg got a free kick in the 31st minute. With his leg Daniel Lam managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Douro's Thad Masson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaétan Minton in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Lam saved Crabtree FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gratien Wright during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Crabtree FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Douro:s goal. In the 48th minute, Dustin Goddu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience was convinced that Thad Masson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Lam was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. With his leg Reinaldo Pruett managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Crabtree FC's Coy Moon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Douro's Reinaldo Pruett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Douro from getting a goal against them. Douro's Reinaldo Pruett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dustin Goddu in the 68th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Gaétan Minton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Lam. Crabtree FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaétan Minton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Reinaldo Pruett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dustin Goddu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaétan Minton in the 81st minute of play forced Crabtree FC's goalkeeper Daniel Lam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Crabtree FC's zone, Gaétan Minton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Lam came out of the goal and Gaétan Minton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 played minutes Crabtree FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonah Palacios. Gaétan Minton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Lam having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Douro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dustin Goddu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 94 minutes into the match, Douro's Gaétan Minton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Lam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaétan Minton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Lam having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Elwood Ewing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
