Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Porfirio Gilbert who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Walton Deaton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Trevor Ballard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Aldouane's Trevor Ballard got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Paul Bennett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malcom Childs showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Andres Gustafson hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Foster Kimbrough's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malcom Childs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertrand Hobbs in the 19th minute of play forced Aldouane's goalkeeper Malcom Childs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Shelby Bruce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walton Deaton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Athalmer AFC's Walton Deaton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Athalmer AFC from getting a goal against them. Malcom Childs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertrand Hobbs in the 31st minute of play. Shelby Bruce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Porfirio Gilbert got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Aldouane's Shelby Bruce in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 48th minute of the match, Shelby Bruce tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Walton Deaton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shelby Bruce was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Aldouane getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Anibal McClain hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Trevor Ballard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Walton Deaton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of Athalmer AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aldouane:s goal. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Aldouane. Anibal McClain stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Walton Deaton. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Foster Kimbrough in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcom Childs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ramon Suggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shelby Bruce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walton Deaton having to interfere. Shelby Bruce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walton Deaton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porfirio Gilbert in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Shelby Bruce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Walton Deaton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Aldouane's Shelby Bruce in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Walton Deaton came out of the goal and Porfirio Gilbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shelby Bruce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Walton Deaton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walton Deaton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porfirio Gilbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute Shelby Bruce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walton Deaton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
