Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Reynaldo Rojas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Foster Kimbrough shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Stoddard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Stoddard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Foster Kimbrough in the 7th minute of the match. Lionel Stoddard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renard Shook in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Renard Shook managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athalmer AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renard Shook was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Foster Kimbrough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Stoddard having to interfere. Lionel Stoddard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Foster Kimbrough went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute, Reynaldo Rojas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Foster Kimbrough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lionel Stoddard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renard Shook, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Reynaldo Rojas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desmond Coxs short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Walton Deaton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Walton Deaton came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Cumberland FC's Desmond Cox. But to his dismay, Desmond Cox quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Reynaldo Rojas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Walton Deaton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Athalmer AFC's Fernando Lockwood got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Foster Kimbrough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Stoddard having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Rojas in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walton Deaton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renard Shook to strike the kick off in the second half. After 64 played minutes Renard Shook rounded Cumberland FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 68th minute, Foster Kimbrough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Renard Shook managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athalmer AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renard Shook was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Renard Shook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lionel Stoddard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renard Shook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Rojas took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walton Deaton. Walton Deaton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to Cumberland FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Son Hand hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Bennett got free with Lionel Stoddard in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Cumberland FC's Lionel Stoddard got control of the ball when Foster Kimbrough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lionel Stoddard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Foster Kimbrough in the 89th minute. Foster Kimbrough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
