A wasted opportunity for Tribune AFC. Jerry Naquin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elisha Acosta in the 10th minute of play. Arlen Ratliff hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrien Talon in the 15th minute of play forced Tribune AFC's goalkeeper Jerry Naquin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Naquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elisha Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A hard shot 21 in the game by Ernie Pryor from a close distance when the talented Jerry Naquin managed to make a qualified save. Tribune AFC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elisha Acosta in the 22nd minute of play forced Tribune AFC's goalkeeper Jerry Naquin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Tribune AFC's Jerry Naquin got control of the ball when Ernie Pryor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, Burr FC's Elisha Acosta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Jerry Naquin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrien Talon in the 30th minute. In the 36th match minute, Tribune AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Hand to maneuver through the defense. In the 37thth minute of the game Elisha Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tribune AFC's Jerry Naquin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burr FC's goalkeeper Douglas Gagné, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Burr FC's Adrien Talon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerry Naquin. That made the score 3-0 after 47 minutes of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elisha Acosta was the one to do the kick off. Jerry Naquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrien Talon, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tribune AFC's Martin Sirois quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Charles Compton, made in the 61st minute of the game. Jerry Naquin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Bernier in the 64th minute of play. Martin Sirois hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Jerry Naquin came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Burr FC's Ernie Pryor. But to his dismay, Ernie Pryor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Jerry Naquin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Pryor in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Tribune AFC's Romain Fair seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Romain Fair the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tribune AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Romain Fair had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Burton Dietz walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Percy McElroy's late challenge caught a Burr FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Percy McElroy helped the player get up and apologised. Percy McElroy kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute Elisha Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Naquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Naquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elisha Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Jess Lamb sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerry Naquin skillfully saved the ball. Jerry Naquin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernie Pryor in the 95th minute of the match. Jerry Naquin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Pryor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Sirois's late challenge caught a Burr FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Sirois helped the player get up and apologised. Martin Sirois kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Burr FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
