In the 10th minute Rene Denton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antony Rubio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antony Rubio came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Ituna AFC's Rene Denton. But to his dismay, Rene Denton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute, Lynwood Friend got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Amulet booed when Ituna AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Tracy didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tristan Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lynwood Friend could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Earle Marion made a huge save. After 22 played minutes Ituna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damon Grier. Lynwood Friend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antony Rubio having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Rene Denton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ituna AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Denton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tristan Yang came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Amulet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tristan Yang couldn't finish the play. Lynwood Friend struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Earle Marion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amulet. Amulet's Antony Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Denton in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 56 minutes of play, Amulet's Tristan Yang made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Earle Marion was left in no man's land by his defense there! Earle Marion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Guy Déziel fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ituna AFC's protests and gave Guy Déziel a yellow card for diving instead. Guy Déziel kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Amulet's Tristan Yang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Earle Marion narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amulet's Lynwood Friend got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antony Rubio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Denton in the 75th minute of the match. Earle Marion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Tristan Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ituna AFC's Earle Marion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Yang in the 88th minute of play. Gerardo Gregory could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Antony Rubio made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
