Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Noranda's Roderick Wilhelm started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wallace Nelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Burke having to interfere. After some careless play in the Noranda defense, Wallace Nelson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elliot Burke. The Noranda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elliot Burke should have stopped the shot. Wallace Nelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Burke having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monte Laberge in the 16th minute of play forced Petewahweh's goalkeeper Julian Schneider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Randal Coupart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Jordan Thompson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roderick Wilhelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Julian Schneider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petewahweh's Randal Coupart got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Randal Coupart fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elliot Burke, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shane Keith during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

55 minutes into the game, one of Noranda:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Petewahweh a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clemente Dickens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Noranda's Elliot Burke. 3-0. Elliot Burke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wallace Nelson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bert Croteau during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bert Croteau kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Wallace Nelson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Monte Laberge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Noranda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Blaine Emery's late challenge caught a Petewahweh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blaine Emery helped the player get up and apologised. Elliot Burke went to the wrong direction when Clemente Dickens was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Wallace Nelson struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Elliot Burke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petewahweh. For all the effort they put into the match, the Noranda players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Petewahweh.
