Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elijah Edwards to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Winisk's Elijah Edwards made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Korey Laprise was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Winisk defense, Blaise Lawson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bryce McBride. The Winisk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bryce McBride should have stopped the shot. Carl Ellis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Léopold Love hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Bryce McBride was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Blaise Lawson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Blaise Lawson really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Bryce McBride made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Myron Johnson sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Lechia Gdansk's Blaise Lawson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bryce McBride narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
