Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Jean Bullard started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rey LondeLalonde in the 3rd minute of play forced Lechia Gdansk's goalkeeper Korey Laprise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Giuseppe Harden put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lechia Gdansk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Braeside a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bret Rich, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lechia Gdansk's Korey Laprise. 0-1. Korey Laprise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rey LondeLalonde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Bullard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korey Laprise having to make a save. Korey Laprise came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Braeside's Jean Bullard. But to his dismay, Jean Bullard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22nd minute Jean Bullard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korey Laprise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean Bullard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Korey Laprise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Braeside's zone, Myron Johnson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolph Powell came out of the goal and Myron Johnson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Braeside's goal looked a bit too open when Dana Chrétien came free, but Adolph Powell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Braeside's zone, Myron Johnson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolph Powell came out of the goal and Myron Johnson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Korey Laprise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasey Bain in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Myron Johnson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Korey Laprise made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Rey LondeLalonde sent off a good shot on target. Jean Bullard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Rey LondeLalonde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lechia Gdansk getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Blaise Lawson hit a great ball. Braeside's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
