Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evan Dufour started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Brossard booed when Atherley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lamar Lentz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brossard's Evrard Hendricks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Binet in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute Evan Dufour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evrard Hendricks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Clinton Hurst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brossard's supporters rose to their feet, but Clinton Hurst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stacy Richmond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lincoln McGinnis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stacy Richmond having to interfere. In the 16th minute Camille Binet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evrard Hendricks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Clinton Hurst made a precise shot to the right of Stacy Richmond. Atherley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Brossard's Evrard Hendricks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamar Lentz in the 29th minute of play. Clinton Hurst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raymond Greene charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raymond Greene the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atherley's Raymond Greene got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Camille Binet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Evrard Hendricks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brossard's Clinton Hurst got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clinton Hursts short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Stacy Richmond to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Clinton Hurst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Clinton Hurst came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Brossard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clinton Hurst couldn't finish the play. Kendrick Priest kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Evan Dufour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Evrard Hendricks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evan Dufour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evrard Hendricks having to interfere. Kendrick Priest hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Atherley's Loic Leclerc shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evrard Hendricks but with some difficulty. A hard shot 84 in the game by Camille Binet from a close distance when the talented Evrard Hendricks managed to make a qualified save. Brossard's players were relieved. The supporters of Brossard booed when Atherley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loic Leclerc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes Atherley got a freekick which was hit by Lamar Lentz. Ulrich Overton, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Despite being the better team, Brossard failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
