The Alma AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Riley Piedalue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Esposito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes in the game, Brandon Esposito fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Riley Piedalue having to interfere. Riley Piedalue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Esposito, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Trinity AFC's Edmund Flowers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Eastman in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Alma AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eli Gustafson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The wind increased when Brandon Esposito made the kick off in the second half. The referee showed Hector Paige the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Hector Paige hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alma AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
