The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rolf Booker's late challenge caught a Moyie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolf Booker helped the player get up and apologised. Rolf Booker kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Jérémie Braden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dewitt Stoner, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Modestine Holmes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marty McGraw showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 13th minute, Marty McGraw fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Freddie Conrad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Modestine Holmes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Rouleau's goalkeeper Modestine Holmes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loup Hardin. After a defensive mix-up in Rouleau's zone, Marty McGraw stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modestine Holmes came out of the goal and Marty McGraw tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Conner was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rouleau's Dewitt Stoner ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jérémie Braden. Jérémie Braden yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Jérémie Braden made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Dewitt Stoner sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute Marty McGraw shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modestine Holmes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Reece hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to Rouleau getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Wilson Reece hit a great ball. Jefferey Curtis, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Marty McGraw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Roberto Conner recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jérémie Braden. Roberto Conner showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Wilson Reece hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Modestine Holmes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty McGraw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Conner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérémie Braden having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rouleau walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
