Noah Boulanger made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Dewitt Stoner sent off a good shot on target. Sydney McFarland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dewitt Stoner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Noah Boulanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Modestine Holmes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelien Richmond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gratien Christiansen during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gratien Christiansen hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Aurelien Richmond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosswood AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Modestine Holmes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney McFarland, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Rouleau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rosswood AFC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sydney McFarland made a kick off. Dewitt Stoner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Noah Boulanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pons Potvin hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Modestine Holmes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Neil Griffith. After a rather tough play, Rouleau's Wilson Reece got a free kick in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rouleau's zone, Sydney McFarland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modestine Holmes came out of the goal and Sydney McFarland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelien Richmond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Modestine Holmes having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Aurelien Richmond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosswood AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelien Richmond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modestine Holmes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dewitt Stoner in the 77th minute of play forced Rosswood AFC's goalkeeper Noah Boulanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rosswood AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
