Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) Moyie's Marty McGraw started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Marty McGraw made a precise shot to the right of Dwain Eaton. Lucerne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Moyie's Jérémie Braden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Moyie from getting a goal against them. In the 8th match minute, Moyie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laverne Beck to maneuver through the defense. Mikel Edmondson had several of the Moyie's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Jérémie Braden as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 15th minute, one of Moyie:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Moyie. Marco Lay walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Clemente Mayo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 19thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Jérémie Braden would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Jérémie Braden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikel Edmondson in the 20th minute of the match. Jérémie Braden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikel Edmondson in the 22nd minute of play. Freddie Conrad hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Loup Hardin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dwain Eaton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Lucerne's goal looked a bit too open when Loup Hardin came free, but Dwain Eaton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikel Edmondson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 39 played minutes, Lucerne's Marco Lay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jérémie Braden came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lucerne reached it. Dwain Eaton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barrett Bourgeois in the 42nd minute of the match. Loup Hardin took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dwain Eaton. Dwain Eaton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Moyie's Jérémie Braden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Moyie from getting a goal against them.

Clemente Mayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 54 played minutes Moyie got a freekick which was hit by Barrett Bourgeois. If Clemente Mayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If George Richardson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clemente Mayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Mikel Edmondson notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Moyie's Jérémie Braden. Jérémie Braden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barrett Bourgeois kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jérémie Braden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikel Edmondson in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Mayo in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jérémie Braden saved Moyie from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, Lucerne's Mikel Edmondson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jérémie Braden narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
