Wyoming's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Barnard in the 11th minute of play forced Wyoming's goalkeeper Adalberto Call to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Barnard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Harrison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shayne Hand in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shayne Hand in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Harrison saved Meyersburg from getting behind. 24 minutes into the game, Gilbert Barnard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Adalberto Call was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Wyoming's goal looked a bit too open when Dudley Cook came free, but Adalberto Call reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Harrison came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Wyoming's Wilber Burkhart. But to his dismay, Wilber Burkhart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Wyoming's Shayne Hand got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Dudley Cook cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Adalberto Call was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 47th minute, Wyoming's Deon Driscoll dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilber Burkhart was the one to do the kick off. Mauricio Keys kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes, Wyoming's Art Ledbetter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelino Harrison came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wyoming reached it. A collision led to Meyersburg getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Johnny Watt hit a great ball. Marcelino Harrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shayne Hand in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Dudley Cook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Call saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shayne Hand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Marcelino Harrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Harrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilber Burkhart in the 68th minute of the match. Gilbert Barnard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adalberto Call having to interfere. Shayne Hand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Wyoming's Wilber Burkhart sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelino Harrison narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcelino Harrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shayne Hand, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Marcelino Harrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shayne Hand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Wyoming's zone, Dudley Cook stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Call came out of the goal and Dudley Cook tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelino Harrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shayne Hand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wyoming's Shayne Hand in 98 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Marcelino Harrison guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The Meyersburg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
