Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Dudley Cook made the kick off and thus started the match. Marcelino Harrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorsey Anderson in the 6th minute of the match. Dorsey Anderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Marcelino Harrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Jonathan Gallardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcelino Harrison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorsey Anderson in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Harrison saved Meyersburg from getting behind. After some careless play in the Meyersburg defense, Nicky Hébert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelino Harrison. The Meyersburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelino Harrison should have stopped the shot. Marcelino Harrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorsey Anderson in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Meyersburg's Dudley Cook dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The Meyersburg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Exeter were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Nicky Hébert made the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Harrison came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Exeter's Dorsey Anderson. But to his dismay, Dorsey Anderson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Dane Demers's late challenge caught a Meyersburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dane Demers helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Meyersburg booed when Exeter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dane Demers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorsey Anderson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gilbert Barnard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67thth minute of the game Nicky Hébert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meyersburg's Marcelino Harrison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dudley Cook took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustave Finch. Gustave Finch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 76th minute Gilbert Barnard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustave Finch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Mauricio Keys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 2-4 became the score in the 80th minute when Nicky Hébert elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gustave Finch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudley Cook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 minutes of play, Meyersburg's Dudley Cook made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustave Finch was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94thth minute of the game Gilbert Barnard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Exeter's Gustave Finch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 97 in the game by Dorsey Anderson from a close distance when the talented Marcelino Harrison managed to make a qualified save. Meyersburg's players were relieved.
