Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5727, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sal Mejia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mickey Léveillé showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olin Sizemore, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Olin Sizemore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Abram Clifford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Clifford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mickey Léveillé breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 minutes of play, Milo AFC's Abram Clifford made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mickey Léveillé was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olin Sizemore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Milo AFC's Olin Sizemore got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Barney Collins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bassano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Milo AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bassano's Barney Collins got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Abram Clifford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute, Olin Sizemore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Milo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Olin Sizemore might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mickey Léveillé. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olin Sizemore ran back to his position shaking his head. Olin Sizemore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mickey Léveillé read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Olin Sizemore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milo AFC's Olin Sizemore got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
