Léandre Chassé's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toney Souplet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Corentin Croteau charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corentin Croteau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Corentin Croteau hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Sal Ham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toney Souplet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sal Ham in the 15th minute of play forced Stillwater AFC's goalkeeper Toney Souplet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rickie Woody took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiley Michel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roddickton's Rickie Woody proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Roddickton from getting a goal against them. Aaron Patton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rickie Woody made a huge save. With a little luck, Roddickton's Rickie Woody got control of the ball when Aaron Patton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wiley Michel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rickie Woody tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aaron Patton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rickie Woody took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiley Michel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rickie Woody made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Patton in the 41st minute. Roddickton's Rickie Woody proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Roddickton from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

1-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Wiley Michel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Aaron Patton might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rickie Woody. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Patton ran back to his position shaking his head. Toney Souplet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sal Ham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Patton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiley Michel in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rickie Woody prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Stillwater AFC booed when Roddickton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Guilmette didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Antoine Whitlock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stillwater AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoine Whitlock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickie Woody breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Stillwater AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
