Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) Nazaire Gold started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Darryl McCauley made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Gino Bolden sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Tachie FC's Carmelo Babb got a free kick in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Tachie FC's goalkeeper Darryl McCauley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gino Bolden. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino Bolden got free with Darryl McCauley in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nazaire Gold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Morris Dubois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Tachie FC's Kendrick Riley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Morris Dubois made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Tangent AFC's Ron Read in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tachie FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute, Nazaire Gold ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Morris Dubois was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Darryl McCauley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ron Read, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Kendrick Riley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Morris Dubois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ron Read's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Darryl McCauley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nazaire Gold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Morris Dubois was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Gino Bolden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Darryl McCauley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Tachie FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ron Read was the one to do the kick off. Tangent AFC's Morris Dubois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazaire Gold in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Tangent AFC's goalkeeper Morris Dubois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kendrick Riley. After 59 played minutes Tachie FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Babb. After a defensive mix-up in Tachie FC's zone, Gino Bolden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Darryl McCauley came out of the goal and Gino Bolden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Read in the 66th minute of play forced Tachie FC's goalkeeper Darryl McCauley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nazaire Gold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Morris Dubois made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Kendrick Riley sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nazaire Gold in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Morris Dubois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 played minutes Tachie FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Shipley. After 81 minutes, Gino Bolden made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tachie FC's Darryl McCauley tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Tachie FC booed when Tangent AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darrin Dobson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Ron Read made a precise shot to the right of Darryl McCauley. Tachie FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Kendrick Riley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morris Dubois having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Tangent AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darrin Dobson to maneuver through the defense. Tachie FC's Kendrick Riley got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tachie FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
