Quentin Rosales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Minnitaki FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Loren Weldon scored to the left of an out of position Theodore Nichols, making the score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Loren Weldon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Theodore Nichols was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Theodore Nichols showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loren Weldon, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minnitaki FC's goalkeeper Theodore Nichols, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Broadacres AFC's zone, Duncan Flamand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyce Vadnais came out of the goal and Duncan Flamand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute, Christian Mailly ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodore Nichols was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Christian Mailly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Theodore Nichols tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loren Weldon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theodore Nichols having to interfere. Loren Weldon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Theodore Nichols tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Mailly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theodore Nichols having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Minnitaki FC's Theodore Nichols played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar McCray in the 51st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Mailly in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theodore Nichols saved Minnitaki FC from getting behind. After 53 minutes, Christian Mailly made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Minnitaki FC's Theodore Nichols tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Loren Weldon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Loren Weldon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodore Nichols saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Minnitaki FC got a freekick which was hit by Deandre Carney. When Christian Mailly fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Broadacres AFC's protests and gave Christian Mailly a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, Broadacres AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Mailly to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, Delmar McCray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Broadacres AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minnitaki FC the free kick. The supporters of Minnitaki FC booed when Broadacres AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar McCray didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Christian Mailly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broadacres AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Mailly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hiram Altman charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hiram Altman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Broadacres AFC's Hiram Altman got a free kick in the 85th minute. Loren Weldon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Broadacres AFC fully deserved thier win.
