If Bryan Reid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl Spivey made a kick off. Bryan Reid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Tracey Tilley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ripley's zone, Bryan Reid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tracey Tilley came out of the goal and Bryan Reid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilles Hachée showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Spivey, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Ripley's goalkeeper Tracey Tilley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bryan Reid. Bryan Reid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Tracey Tilley made a huge save. If Bryan Reid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geoffroi Eckert during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ripley booed when Finnegan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoffroi Eckert didn't get a good kick on the ball.
