In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beaverdam AFC's goalkeeper Stevie Gaudreau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Demarcus Marcheterre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stevie Gaudreau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglass Best, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frankford FC's Douglass Best got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Beaverdam AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvestre Thibodeau to maneuver through the defense. Beaverdam AFC's Sylvestre Thibodeau suffered a concussion after 19 minutes and had to leave the field. 19 minutes into the game, Jeff Doucet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frankford FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beaverdam AFC the free kick. In the 47th minute, Douglass Best made a precise shot to the right of Stevie Gaudreau. Beaverdam AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Leonardo Ring hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Josiah Lépicier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Kirby having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Beaverdam AFC's zone, Jeff Doucet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stevie Gaudreau came out of the goal and Jeff Doucet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeff Doucet got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jeff Doucet kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Frankford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herb Ruel came free, but Roberto Kirby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Beaverdam AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglass Best came free, but Stevie Gaudreau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 played minutes Beaverdam AFC got a freekick which was hit by Josiah Lépicier. Beaverdam AFC's Stevie Gaudreau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglass Best in the 91st minute of play. If Herb Ruel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
