After some careless play in the Coulter FC defense, Tristan Rice kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augustine Bondy. The Coulter FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augustine Bondy should have stopped the shot. In the 8th minute Célestin Lindsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustine Bondy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jay Pouliotte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Timmons went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Lino Timmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Millard Swenson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustine Bondy having to interfere. Furness's Célestin Lindsey suffered a concussion after 20 minutes and had to leave the field. 20 minutes into the game, Jacques Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coulter FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Furness the free kick. After a rather tough play, Coulter FC's Jacques Ramos got a free kick in the 20th minute. Coulter FC's Augustine Bondy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Coulter FC from getting a goal against them. Orlando Kimball sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Kimball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustine Bondy having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tristan Rice during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gregg Morin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Jacques Ramos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coulter FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Lino Timmons struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jay Pouliotte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coulter FC. In the 59th minute of the match Jacques Ramos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jay Pouliotte skillfully saved the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Orlando Kimball notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Coulter FC's Augustine Bondy. Augustine Bondy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augustine Bondy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Kimball, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Orlando Kimball took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augustine Bondy. Augustine Bondy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Lino Timmons recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Furness's zone, Lino Timmons stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jay Pouliotte came out of the goal and Lino Timmons tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justin Colvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 minutes, Owen Mack mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furness and the Coulter FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Furness fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Coulter FC. Jacques Ramos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jay Pouliotte. 3-4. Charles Cyr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Coulter FC's zone, Orlando Kimball stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augustine Bondy came out of the goal and Orlando Kimball tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Coulter FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
