Irving Monty helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brancepeth AFC booed when Kabaigon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irving Monty didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Brancepeth AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jean Norris hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roderick Farrar in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otha Braden saved Brancepeth AFC from getting behind. 45 minutes into the game, Long Bousquet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Otha Braden was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Brancepeth AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kabaigon were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Tyrell Christopher made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roderick Farrar got free with Otha Braden in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brancepeth AFC's Otha Braden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Bousquet in the 60th minute of play. If Long Bousquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roderick Farrar got free with Otha Braden in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roderick Farrar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Otha Braden made a huge save.
