Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Deandre Avila took the kick off in the first half of the match. Earl Douffett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ermenegilde Stiles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Earl Douffett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jonah Lavoie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maria Whalen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clément McClellan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Ermenegilde Stiles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonah Lavoie in the 20th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Jonah Lavoie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chimo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Chimo FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Abram Yarbrough hit a great ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Earl Douffett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chimo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Earl Douffett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maria Whalen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Clément McClellan made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Rigoulette AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonah Lavoie came free, but Ermenegilde Stiles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rigoulette AFC's zone, Jonah Lavoie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermenegilde Stiles came out of the goal and Jonah Lavoie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonah Lavoie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Miron during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Chimo FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Miron. Wilford Ricard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clément McClellan. Chimo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deandre Avila in the 67th managed to get into a good position. In the 71st minute, Maria Whalen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Rigoulette AFC's goalkeeper Ermenegilde Stiles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Earl Douffett. After 76 minutes of play, Rigoulette AFC's Maria Whalen made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clément McClellan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abram Yarbrough lost his temper 80 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chimo FC! When Deandre Avila came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Rigoulette AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deandre Avila couldn't finish the play.
