Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Mulgrave's Douglas Couet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 17th minute, Dimitri Franks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Richard Stjohn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Didyme AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Alain Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Boivin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alain Connelly's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Douglas Couet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Kevin Boivin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dino Clemons was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Didyme AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Wyatt Fontenot hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Jeffry Hammond was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Didyme AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mulgrave the free kick. A collision led to Didyme AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jeffry Hammond hit a great ball. Fredric Lacombe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Clemons, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Richard Stjohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredric Lacombe having to interfere.

After a rather tough play, Mulgrave's Dimitri Franks got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Dino Clemons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Dino Clemons sped through Mulgrave's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fredric Lacombe. When Didyme AFC's Dino Clemons in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mulgrave's goalie prevented a goal. Alain Connellys short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Kevin Boivin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Douglas Couet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kevin Boivin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Anderson Ernst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mulgrave and the Didyme AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Mulgrave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Ernst to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Dino Clemons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Lacombe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mulgrave booed when Didyme AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffry Hammond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Couet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Didyme AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
