Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Diego Stewart made the kick off which started today's match. Mazenod FC's Ben Tucker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo McIntosh in the 3rd minute of play. Ben Tucker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Stewart in the 5th minute of play. Refugio Bean was a little too slow when Josh Garza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Mazenod FC's Art Gaulin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Refugio Bean narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Consort AFC's Diego Stewart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ben Tucker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ben Tucker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Stewart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constant Koehler during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Consort AFC booed when Mazenod FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constant Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Miguel Mabry put in a rough tackle. In the 30th minute Diego Stewart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Tucker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mazenod FC's Art Gaulin got a free kick in the 34th minute. Constant Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo McIntosh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ben Tucker having to interfere. After the first half Consort AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ben Tucker didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Eduardo McIntosh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Consort AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo McIntosh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ben Tucker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Josh Garza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Weldon Lévesque fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Consort AFC's protests and gave Weldon Lévesque a yellow card for diving instead. Weldon Lévesque kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Refugio Bean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josh Garza, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mazenod FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 76 minutes, Consort AFC's Milford Barnard got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ben Tucker. Diego Stewart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ben Tucker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Diego Stewart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Consort AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Stewart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ben Tucker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Consort AFC's zone, Josh Garza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Refugio Bean came out of the goal and Josh Garza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th match minute, Consort AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Langston to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Eduardo McIntosh got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 95 minutes into the match, Mazenod FC's goalkeeper Ben Tucker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Stewart. Constant Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Mazenod FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Consort AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Consort AFC.
