Boniface Fleming stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlkan Karlukhan's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terence Gibson got free with Timothy Landers in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30thth minute of the game Cecil Benavides who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Cecil Benavides put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Boniface Fleming. The audience was convinced that Cecil Benavides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boniface Fleming was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When Gavin Rochon came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Newbrook AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavin Rochon couldn't finish the play. Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Ducharme in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Cecil Benavides made a precise shot to the right of Boniface Fleming. Lavaltrie AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When Newbrook AFC's Cecil Benavides in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlkan Karlukhan couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Newbrook AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Terence Gibson came free, but Timothy Landers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cecil Benavides in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boniface Fleming prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leandro Ducharme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Boniface Fleming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raphaël Horn charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphaël Horn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lavaltrie AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play.
