After 33 played minutes, Didsbury FC's Rey Blackwell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emmanuel Jewell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Didsbury FC reached it. If Bennett Bisson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emmanuel Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Santana in the 38th minute of play. Didsbury FC's Nestor Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Emmanuel Jewell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Santana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emmanuel Jewell. That made the score 0-3 in the 93 minute of play. When the match was over Didsbury FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KOSOVA FC throughout the match.
