Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Granville Haines started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Toronto's zone, Efren Floyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willard Priest came out of the goal and Efren Floyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efren Floyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willard Priest having to interfere. Adam Lamontagne's late challenge caught a MancityBlues's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adam Lamontagne helped the player get up and apologised. Leif Brady struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Willard Priest didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MancityBlues. 19 minutes into the match, Inter Toronto's goal looked a bit too open when Granville Haines came free, but Willard Priest reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carson Cole recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Granville Haines in the 25th minute of play forced Inter Toronto's goalkeeper Willard Priest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Willard Priest made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Brady in the 29th minute. In the 29th match minute, Inter Toronto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Drew Gagnon to maneuver through the defense. Carrol Villalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Dennis in the 32nd minute of the match. If Darryl Dennis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Leif Brady had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willard Priest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Granville Haines in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MancityBlues's Leif Brady got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Adam Lamontagne was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, MancityBlues's Carson Cole got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Willard Priest. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonso Ochoa to make the kick off. Efren Floyd kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Leif Brady recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Granville Haines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willard Priest was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Efren Floyd hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Drew Gagnon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Brady struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Willard Priest didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MancityBlues. Inter Toronto's Willard Priest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Brady in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Granville Haines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willard Priest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Granville Haines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Inter Toronto booed when MancityBlues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucius Richey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darryl Dennis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carrol Villalobos having to interfere. If Granville Haines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neil Dufure kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Willard Priest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Granville Haines in the 97th minute of play. MancityBlues were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Inter Toronto for a fine match.
