Spectators: 8012 (Terracing: 6011, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) In the 3rd minute Lincoln McKinney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Lauzier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Inter Toronto's Lincoln McKinney got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Herman Whaley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willard Priest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willard Priest made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerrell Negron in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Inter Toronto's Lincoln McKinney seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lincoln McKinney the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Inter Toronto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lincoln McKinney had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Inter Toronto getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alonso Ochoa hit a great ball. Eli Lauzier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hank Mendez in the 20th minute of play. Jere Pruitt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hank Mendez scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eli Lauzier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eli Lauzier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hank Mendez in the 33rd minute of the match. Alonso Ochoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Théophile Oneal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eli Lauzier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Alonso Ochoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the game, Inter Toronto's Alonso Ochoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eli Lauzier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 57th minute, Jerrell Negron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Hank Mendez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Toronto's supporters rose to their feet, but Hank Mendez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eli Lauzier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Théophile Oneal fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Toronto's protests and gave Théophile Oneal a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Inter Toronto got a freekick which was hit by Théophile Oneal. Willard Priest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugène Becker in the 66th minute of play. Hank Mendez struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Eli Lauzier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Toronto. Willard Priest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugène Becker in the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Special Forces's zone, Théophile Oneal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eli Lauzier came out of the goal and Théophile Oneal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eli Lauzier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hank Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Whaley in the 93rd minute of play forced Inter Toronto's goalkeeper Willard Priest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Théophile Oneal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Toronto's supporters rose to their feet, but Théophile Oneal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eli Lauzier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Inter Toronto could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Special Forces throughout the match.
