Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jere Pruitt made the kick off which started today's match. Leif Brady fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eli Lauzier having to interfere. Special Forces's Eli Lauzier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Brady in the 5th minute of play. Jere Pruitt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carrol Villalobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Neil Dufure hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jere Pruitt in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carrol Villalobos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jere Pruitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Carrol Villalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carrol Villalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jere Pruitt in the 18th minute of play. When Neil Dufure fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MancityBlues's protests and gave Neil Dufure a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, MancityBlues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Dufure to maneuver through the defense. Eli Lauzier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Neil Dufure showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Jerrell Negron took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carrol Villalobos. Carrol Villalobos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Carrol Villalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isreal Jarvis in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Isreal Jarvis put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Carrol Villalobos. 38 minutes into the match, Special Forces's goalkeeper Eli Lauzier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leif Brady. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Whaley in the 42nd minute of play forced MancityBlues's goalkeeper Carrol Villalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Jerrell Negron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Carrol Villalobos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Special Forces were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Granville Haines made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, MancityBlues's Granville Haines sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eli Lauzier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th minute Jerrell Negron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carrol Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Jere Pruitt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugène Beckers short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Carrol Villalobos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the game, Granville Haines cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eli Lauzier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jere Pruitt in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carrol Villalobos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Special Forces defense, Leif Brady kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eli Lauzier. The Special Forces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eli Lauzier should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, MancityBlues's Neil Dufure got a free kick in the 77th minute. Neil Dufure recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute Jere Pruitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carrol Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, MancityBlues's goalkeeper Carrol Villalobos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugène Becker. The supporters of Special Forces booed when MancityBlues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucius Richey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Granville Haines charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Granville Haines the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Granville Haines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MancityBlues's Carrol Villalobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jere Pruitt in the 90th minute of play. Carrol Villalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Cope in the 93rd minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Special Forces failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
