Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Harlan Robert got the match started through his kick off. Elwood Potts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Moore in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Dorset FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertrand Lucas came free, but Elwood Potts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Moore's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Elwood Potts skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jordan Holbrook got free with Elwood Potts in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Dorset FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valère Boles came free, but Elwood Potts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elwood Potts stood somewhat misplaced when Antonio Moore came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 26 minute. After a rather tough play, Dorset FC's Dick McCollum got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Valère Boles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dorset FC's Elwood Potts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Antonio Moore could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Elwood Potts however easily saved by the left post. Elwood Potts made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Antonio Moore sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Moore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antonio Moore came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Hedley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Moore couldn't finish the play. Hedley's Valère Boles got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Valère Boles made the kick off in the second half. Antonio Moore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Elwood Potts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elwood Potts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diodore Dunham in the 62nd minute of the match. Elwood Potts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Moore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Dorset FC's zone, Valère Boles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elwood Potts came out of the goal and Valère Boles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Valère Boles notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Dorset FC's Elwood Potts. Elwood Potts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valère Boles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elwood Potts having to interfere. Elwood Potts came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Hedley's Antonio Moore. But to his dismay, Antonio Moore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Dorset FC's Elwood Potts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valère Boles in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Valère Boles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Elwood Potts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valère Boles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Dorset FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Moore came free, but Elwood Potts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 97 minutes, Valère Boles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hedley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valère Boles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Hedley were the better team. Hedley's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
