In the 7th minute, Carey Hutchison left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PowerBully FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Lesueur getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Eli Rudolph hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Linwood Manley put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Renaud Reed. After 16th play minutes Linwood Manley shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Renaud Reed and just under the crossbar into goal. 24 minutes into the game, PowerBully FC's Carey Hutchison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renaud Reed made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Lemuel Coulombe managed to get in a good position for a shot. PowerBully FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lemuel Coulombe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renaud Reed breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Linwood Manley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Linwood Manley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaud Reed was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 37 minutes into the game, one of Lesueur:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 41st minute, Carey Hutchison ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renaud Reed was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 47thth minute of the game Linwood Manley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lesueur's Renaud Reed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bret Pineda was the one to do the kick off. Linwood Manley in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Renaud Reed, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Renaud Reed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Linwood Manley's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Lesueur's Hal Galindo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Carroll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. After 60 minutes, Hal Galindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lesueur and the PowerBully FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PowerBully FC booed when Lesueur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hal Galindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When PowerBully FC's Linwood Manley in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lesueur's goalie prevented a goal. Linwood Manley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaud Reed having to interfere. When Carey Hutchison came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the PowerBully FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carey Hutchison couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Lesueur's Bret Pineda got a free kick in the 71st minute. Linwood Manley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lemuel Coulombe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Linwood Manley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Linwood Manley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carey Hutchison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaud Reed having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lemuel Coulombe got free with Renaud Reed in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 96th play minutes Linwood Manley shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Renaud Reed and just under the crossbar into goal. PowerBully FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
