Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Refugio Kaiser in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Winfred Granger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Canada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stacey Lemaître came free, but Winfred Granger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reuben Brewer hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Gigachads was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmanuel Hood to maneuver through the defense. Winfred Granger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Refugio Kaiser in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Rex Brunault got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 30 minutes, Britt Franco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gigachads and the Canada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Britt Franco hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Rex Brunault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gigachads's Denver Meyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Crowder in the 33rd minute of play. Winfred Granger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Refugio Kaiser went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Winfred Granger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stacey Lemaître, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Refugio Kaiser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winfred Granger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Refugio Kaiser made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Refugio Kaiser dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Winfred Granger, 0-2. Jesus Crowder struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Denver Meyer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacey Lemaître in the 69th minute of play forced Canada FC's goalkeeper Winfred Granger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Refugio Kaiser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gigachads's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canada FC the free kick. A collision led to Gigachads getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Refugio Kaiser hit a great ball. The supporters of Canada FC booed when Gigachads was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Hood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Refugio Kaiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Winfred Granger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refugio Kaiser, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Gigachads's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
