Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gigachads's Refugio Kaiser started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Lesueur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felicien Horner to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lesueur's goalkeeper Renaud Reed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Freeman Berg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lesueur's Renaud Reed did a great save. Stacey Lemaître fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaud Reed having to interfere. Renaud Reed came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Gigachads's Refugio Kaiser. But to his dismay, Refugio Kaiser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Gigachads's Stacey Lemaître sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renaud Reed narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Reyes Wyatt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lesueur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gigachads the free kick. A collision led to Lesueur getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Reyes Wyatt hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Stacey Lemaître's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaud Reed was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Refugio Kaiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Renaud Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stacey Lemaître had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bret Pineda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Lesueur booed when Gigachads was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lemuel Dawkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Refugio Kaiser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaud Reed was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Renaud Reed made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Stacey Lemaître sent off a good shot on target. Denver Meyer came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Lesueur's Bret Pineda. But to his dismay, Bret Pineda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Refugio Kaiser struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Renaud Reed didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gigachads. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stacey Lemaître got free with Renaud Reed in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stacey Lemaître's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Renaud Reed firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Refugio Kaiser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Refugio Kaiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Refugio Kaiser in the 85th minute of play forced Lesueur's goalkeeper Renaud Reed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes Lesueur got a freekick which was hit by Henry LaGarde. Renaud Reed made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stacey Lemaître in the 87th minute. A collision led to Gigachads getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Stacey Lemaître hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, Stacey Lemaître cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Renaud Reed was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Renaud Reed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Refugio Kaiser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigachads's Refugio Kaiser got a good chance for a goal in the 101st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gigachads's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
