But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Margarito Beverly couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Gate's goalkeeper Ramiro Kent had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Bartlett. Ramiro Kent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Margarito Beverly, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Rodolfo Bartlett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 40 minutes, Rodolfo Bartlett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Margarito Beverly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Bartlett in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Rodolfo Bartlett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Kent was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Villem Loodus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reuben Kitchen, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Margarito Beverly in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Kent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roderick Sapp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Villem Loodus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Lazio Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Kitchen came free, but Villem Loodus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Markus Sutton fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lazio Roma's protests and gave Markus Sutton a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lazio Roma getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Markus Sutton hit a great ball. Gaylord Darling didn't quite understand what happened when in the 97 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
